Please visit our offices / call us to discuss your claim, once we gather enough information we can then assist our solicitors to submit your claim to the defendant / defendant insurer.
The first stage will be sending a Claim Notification to the defendant, and wait for their stance on liability of all heads of claim. An admission of liability can take up to 21 working days, some cases up to 90 days to receive a full response. Once liability admitted by the defendant / defendant insurer / defendant solicitor, an instruction for medical examination with an expert can be organised and further referrals can be arranged accordingly ( Due to COVID 19 protocol a remote assessment can be arranged with client's consent ). With an experts suggestion a Psychiatric / Psychologist, Orthopaedic, Neurologist, ENT, Ophthalmologist and other referrals can be arranged. The next stage will be submitting all medical evidence, extent of damages and losses to the defendant / defendant insurer / defendant solicitor to review and settle your claim. Some cases we may issue court proceeding to settle your claim in an event whereby a defendant / defendant insurer / defendant solicitor fail to meet your claim or fail to put forward an offer.
We provide credit hire, PCO hire service for client's whom claiming for their vehicle damage claim with an unroadworthy / total loss vehicle. Credit Hire can be utilised through our Hire service provider ABBEY TRADING. An approved vehicle repairs or purchase, recovery, storage can be utilised through CORBY MOTORS, one of our partnering service provider. Your vehicle repairs can be conducted as soon as we recover your Vehicle Damage payment unless wishing to go through a private service provider. There are no obligations what so ever, our duty is to satisfy you and invite you for a life long relationship with ABBEY CLAIMS.
